	A PCWebDoc will log onto your computer and give it a checkup, running tests for overall performance and investigating any specific symptoms your computer has been experiencing. Then we'll recommend an appropriate "treatment" (service plan) to get your computer healthy and in the best shape again.

	Startup Optimization - $9.95
	Start-up Optimization - Tired of waiting forever for your slow computer to start? We'll make it start faster again! (Please note that this service is included in our ER Visit service package.)

	House Call - $49
	This is your choice for getting basic things done on your computer. This includes printer problems, error messages, most software installs, and more. Ask your service technician for assistance.

	House Call, Level 2 - $69
	Level 2 is for more complex problems. The technician will determine and notify you if this level of service is required.

	ER Visit - $95
	Our technicians will dive into your computer with both hands to diagnose and cure what ails your sickly system. This includes a full virus/spyware cleaning, system check, hard drive defragment with optimization, removal of unnecessary software, registry cleaning, Microsoft updates, and more... This is the option to get your PC running like new again!

	This option is identical to our ER Visit but includes Trend Micro's award winning Internet Security 2009.
